Robert Sahib Memorial Fund

Remembering Robert Sahib (1943-1983)

Generations of Stephanian alumni fondly remember Robert Sahib, the college’s administrative officer, a true father figure. To honor his memory, a dedicated fund is being established to:

• Provide scholarships for children of non-teaching/non-UGC college staff pursuing undergraduate studies at St. Stephen’s or other tertiary/vocational courses.
• Host an annual Robert Sahib Memorial Lecture.
• Potentially award prizes and grants.

The fund will be managed transparently by the college under the supervision of the Robert Sahib Memorial Committee and its working groups.
